Home Staging Working Consultation (Full or Half Day)
We will transform your home using your furnishings and accessories and a few of ours to create beautiful spaces that highlight all of your homes best features. . We spend 2-3 hours (half day) transforming two rooms in your home. Following that we will prepare a comprehensive Action Plan is presented as a detailed written report that outlines suggested changes that you can make yourself. This report focuses on suggestions for improving first impressions, creating focal points and emphasizing positive features.We will also provide you with photographs and a virtual tour of your gorgeously staged home to post to the internet. A follow-up visit is included.
Full Day Staging involves staging 2-3 additional rooms.

Vacant Home Staging
Vacant homes are difficult to market because most buyers have difficulty envisioning themselves in your home without a frame of reference. This option can be customized based upon your individual needs. We can do selective tasteful vignettes to complete rooms. We typically focus on main rooms with the option of enhancing additional spaces upon request. Our beautiful inventory of home décor items are used to further create warm and inviting spaces. There is a set-up fee, in additional to the monthly rental of accessories.

The Full Vacant Home Staging Package includes consultation, supervision of furniture delivery and placement, staging and de-staging. Price is variable and can be adjusted to your budget.

Vacant Home Enhancement is a cost effective service that focuses on highlighting your homes best features by accessorizing a focal point, kitchen, master bedroom, bathrooms and entryway. We specialize in making a big impact with a small investment.

Home Staging Virtual Consultation - For the Do-It-Yourselfer, simply send us your photographs, and will will analyze and send you a full report advising you on how to effectively stage your home. This may include furniture and accessory placement, storage suggestions, paint color etc.

REDESIGN

Redesign makes everything new again. Using items you love, or don't know what to do with, rearranging furniture and opening up rooms, creating new color combinations -- it is amazing what can be accomplished with a different perspective. Our redesign services start with a consultation and detailed walk-through of a single room or the entire home, depending on what the homeowner wants to achieve. We will discuss needs, budget, expectations, and desired changes to the style , atmosphere, and functionality of rooms to be completed. The scope of the work can simply include de-cluttering, rearrangement of furniture, changes in accessories and color, or a totally new look. After the consultation, the homeowner will be presented with a redesign plan to make the necessary changes. We can schedule the redesign makeover and do the work together, or we can leave you a Redesign Action Plan so you can complete the changes at your convenience. Prices vary according to the scope of the project.
